The Chair of the Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that the next AGM will be held at Five Rivers at 7pm on Monday 4th March.
The provisional agenda for the meeting will be:
- Apologies
- Approval of minutes
- Annual reports
- Election of trustees
- Proposal to adopt a new constitution
- Appointment of auditors
One important agenda item is the proposal to adopt a new constitution. This need has been imposed on us by Swim England and you will find full information about this on our website.
There are eight vacancies arising on the Board of Trustees arising as a result of retirements. Nominations for the election of charity trustees should be made in writing to the Secretary by the proposer and seconder not later than 21 days before the annual general meeting.

Human bodies are amazing, capable of adapting and evolving over time. Puberty creates the largest changes and challenges for the body which can have long lasting effects. Understanding what happens during maturation and how we can make sure the body grows effectively is vital for development into physically functional adults and can be the make or break time to becoming an elite athlete. The third weekend of the Wiltshire County Championships saw the 800’s being held at Marlborough college. We only had four swimmers competing, but all swam well gaining 3 personal best times and winning 3 medals. - 24 Jan 2024Counties Age Group weekend 2 report

A fantastic first weekend of the Wiltshire County Championships for the 10-13 age groups held at the Five Rivers Leisure Centre saw 6 of the Stingrays swimmers crowned as County Champion.
