We are aiming to re-start our swimming programme for all squads in August. Our aim is to get all our squad swimmers back into the pool as soon as possible, and as safely as possible. Please watch this short video which provides more details on our return.
8 hours of exercises, 61 participants, thousands of Cross Crunches, Streamline crunches, Higher Planks, Streamline Curls, Streamline Holds on front, Squats, Mountain Climbers, Lunges, Globe Jumps, Log Jumps, Press Ups, Shoulder Presses, Tri Dips, Freestyle push backs and Walkers - we all made it!

Lockdown Challenge Winners Weeks 1-4
Over the May Bank Holiday weekend, getting bored from the national lock down due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Stingrays members took on their very own 'Swim Hat Challenge'.
Its time to celebrate the Stingray swimmers who achieved qualifying times to compete in the 2020 South West Regional Age Group and Youth Championships.

The first Salisbury team gala for a long time saw the team travel to Portsmouth for the first round of the Arena League.
