Please help us raise funds to help re-start our swimming programme when swimming pools re-open.
Why we’re fundraising:
Our Open Meet competition which was planned to take place on the 7th June has unfortunately been cancelled due the Covid-19 pandemic. The Open Meet is the biggest event the club runs each year and without the funds generated the club will struggle to resume its teaching and training programme when the swimming pools re-open.
Our fundraising event:
As we are unable to swim at the moment due to Covid-19, our members and coaches are planning to complete an 8 hour team workout challenge, training virtually over Zoom. The ”Salisbury Stingrays Zoomathon 2020 Team Workout Challenge” will involve 8 teams completing 1 hour work out sessions as a relay. The challenge will start at 9am and finish at 5pm on Sunday 28th June and involve 100 members from the club.
Our fundraising goal:
We’re aiming to raise £10,000 which will replace the funds our open meet would have generated and help recoup lost income due to Covid-19. All funds generated will help the club re-start its teaching and training programme when the swimming pools re-open.

A fantastic first weekend of the Wiltshire County Championships for the 10-13 age groups held at the Five Rivers Leisure Centre saw 6 of the Stingrays swimmers crowned as County Champion.
