Return to Pool Plan 16 Jul 2020

Zoomathon Workout Challenge - We did it! 30 Jun 2020

8 hours of exercises, 61 participants, thousands of Cross Crunches, Streamline crunches, Higher Planks, Streamline Curls, Streamline Holds on front, Squats, Mountain Climbers, Lunges, Globe Jumps, Log Jumps, Press Ups, Shoulder Presses, Tri Dips, Freestyle push backs and Walkers - we all made it!
