Salisbury Stingrays Swimming Club is looking to appoint an enthusiastic swimming coach to add to our superb coaching team.

We’re looking for someone who is a qualified L2 swimming coach or who is currently a L1 coach but working towards their L2 qualification.

This is a fantastic part-time opportunity of approximately 10 hours per week. Swimming coaches work as self-employed contractors and earn in the region of £15 per hour – depending on expertise and level of qualification.

About Salisbury Stingrays Swimming Club:
A big hello from Salisbury Stingrays – your local swimming club serving the people of Salisbury and South Wiltshire since 1889. 

We provide opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals in the sport of swimming. Our dedicated team of teachers and experienced coaches offer a range of swimming pathways; from weekly learn to swim lessons to county, regional, and national level squads who can train for up to 20 hours a week. We also offer water polo for junior and senior age groups, as well as a swimming squad for our senior 'masters'.

Competitively we are among the top clubs in Wiltshire and the performance of our swimmers in the South West region and nationally is improving year on year.

Salisbury Stingrays is a non-for-profit organisation run by a committed team of volunteers. We have over 300 members and are able to operate through membership subscriptions, fundraising activities, and by promoting our own “Open Meet” swimming competition once a year.
