Salisbury Stingrays is a friendly, volunteer-led swimming club based in Salisbury, Wiltshire. We provide opportunities for swimmers of different ages and abilities to learn, train, improve and enjoy swimming.
Whether you are taking your first steps in the water, returning to swimming as an adult or looking to become part of a welcoming club community, we would be delighted to welcome you.


Learn To Swim
Our Swim School provides swimming lessons for children aged approximately 4 to 12 years, with 30-minute beginner and intermediate lessons and 60-minute advanced lessons.

Masters Swimming
Masters swimming is for adults aged 18 and over. It offers structured training for fitness, technique, competition and enjoyment.

Competitive Squads
Structured training for swimmers wishing to develop their technique, improve performance and compete within a supportive club environment.

Leisure Squads
Fun, friendly swimming sessions for those who enjoy regular swimming, fitness and developing skills without the commitment of competitive training.

About Salisbury Stingrays
Salisbury Stingrays Swimming Club is a charitable, non-profit-making swimming club serving Salisbury and the surrounding area.
We are committed to providing opportunities for swimmers of all ages and abilities to develop confidence in the water, improve their skills and enjoy being part of a friendly and supportive swimming community.
Our activities currently include children’s Swim School lessons, Masters swimming, competitive squads and leisure squads, delivered by dedicated volunteers, teachers and coaches who are passionate about swimming.

The first Salisbury team gala for a long time saw the team travel to Portsmouth for the first round of the Arena League.
