Salisbury Stingrays are seeking a new Lead Squad Coach

We’re recruiting for a qualified Swimming Coach (minimum Level 2) who would like to join the Club's professional coaching team and lead swimmers in our Competitive County Squads from September 2022. There are also opportunities to teach in our unique Swim School and Pre-Competitive Squads.
Salisbury Stingrays Swimming Club is an ambitious and friendly swimming club based in the historic city of Salisbury. We pride ourselves in providing opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals in the sport of swimming.
Since returning from lockdown, swimmers have experienced huge success at in-house galas, open meets, and county championships achieving record results and a host of regional and national qualifiers.
As part of a strategic plan to improve the performance of our club and create more opportunities for members to enjoy competing or swimming for health and fitness, the club is growing and has exciting plans for the future.

Understanding what happens during maturation and how we can make sure the body grows effectively is vital for development into physically functional adults and can be the make or break time to becoming an elite athlete. A fantastic first weekend of the Wiltshire County Championships for the 10-13 age groups held at the Five Rivers Leisure Centre saw 6 of the Stingrays swimmers crowned as County Champion.
