Waterpolo News 2014

At the Waterpolo Awards 2014 the following were presented:

Juniors.

Player of the year was presented to Katy Cutler. She is now training with the GB talent squad, Beacon SW squad, regional training centre in Basingstoke, Southampton Sirens Ladies team and also trains with Paignton Club showing a remarkable commitment to the sport. She was chosen to play for Dorset in the U15 & U17 team.

Most improved player goes to Jed Dennis. He has also started training at the regional training centre in Basingstoke.

Endeavour awards were presented to Michael Netton, Bobby Spiers and Danny McGovern.

Seniors.

Player of the year was presented to Ian Meatcher. He was consistently named man of the match throughout the year.

Most improved player goes to Sam Dalton. He is now training with the Beacon SW squad, regional training centre in Basingstoke and Swindon Senior Men’s team. He was chosen to play for Dorset in the U17 team.

Endeavour awards were presented to Dan Clark, Ginnie Baker and Luke Musselwhite.
