How we teach
- We focus on one stroke at a time, building the right movement patterns before moving on.
- Each stroke is taught in phases; skills are reinforced through warm-ups and contrasting activities.
- Repetition builds automaticity (muscle memory) so technique becomes second nature.
- Teachers are in the water to support perfect practice in 30-minute sessions.
- Consistent language and methods help swimmers progress smoothly through stages.
- Badges for skills, distance and diving reward progress and keep it fun.
