Voting

The invitation to attend our AGM is open to all, but voting rights are limited to those members of the Club who are aged 16 and above on the day. Details of eligibility for membership is defined in Paragraph 11 of the club's constitution.

Member resolutions and questions

Further to Clause 13.1 (m) of the Club's constitution, any voting member who wishes to propose a resolution or submit a question for inclusion on the agenda must give written notice to the Secretary at least 21 clear days before the AGM.

Quorum

Further to Clause 13.5 of the Club's constitution, business may be transacted at the AGM only if a sufficient number of voting members are present at the start of the meeting, including at least one executive officer. This number is 7 voting members, or 10% of the voting members, whichever is the greater.
