The information we need to know in order to allocate a place or add your child to the waiting list is as follows:
- Child’s Name
- Child’s Date of Birth
- Any previous swimming experience – e.g. other Learn to Swim programmes
- Contact name, number and email address

The highlighted dates within the above document are the re-booking dates for this year. In order to assist the volunteer staff in this process could you please follow the instructions below:
- Bring with you your cheque (payable to Salisbury Stingrays ASC) for £45 per term – £10 membership for members, due in September
- Please note which lane your child is currently swimming in, so that we can easily locate their movement and any certificates and badges
Lane Allocations will be published here prior to the beginning of a new term, so that you and your child are better prepared.
